Every part of it follows the way a busy family physician actually works, from logging a single time block to producing a clean billing summary at the end of the day.

Where the app saves the most time is in the work that usually drags on after patients leave. It generates the correct OHIP billing codes and payable 15 minute units automatically from the hours you logged, so there is no manual code lookup or unit math. It also produces the full EMR documentation that OHIP requires for each day, ready to save to your EMR, which removes the separate daily note that doctors normally write by hand. Along the way it watches the daily and monthly hour caps and the indirect and clinical admin ratio limits, and warns you before you cross a line. You can see how much room is left in every category and make choices that keep earnings as high as possible while staying compliant. No clinical patient data is stored, since the platform is purely administrative and operational.
